MEET DR. LYNETT SCHINDLER
Dr. Lynett Schindler, a board certified OB/GYN, approaches medicine with a whole-body treatment plan. Her patients will find her efficient, maternal and very organized. As the mother of four children, she can relate to her patients and works to advocate for women. She reminds patients that a smart diet, exercise and rest are the key elements to a healthy life.
Her special interests include robotic surgery, incontinence, wellness, weight loss and menopause. She especially loves women’s health, surgeries and delivering babies. Her favorite part of her job is the patient relationships.
Dr. Schindler and her husband moved to Lynchburg from Virginia Beach, where she served in the Navy. Her military background helps her manage her tight schedule of work and family life. Outside the office, she loves spending time with her four children and three dogs. She also enjoys exercising with friends, hiking, gardening, working on her family farm, and painting and crafting.
